Are your products safe for newborns?
Absolutely! Our Tender Tails Diaper Cream will be essential in those early newborn diaper days. For especially bad diaper rash, try adding some breastmilk to baby's bath, dry thoroughly, and apply a generous amount of Tender Tails. And our Bunny Butter is a wonderfully creamy moisturizer that will nourish that delicate baby skin and keep it snuggly soft.

Will Tender Tails Diaper Cream stain cloth diapers?
Most of the cream will wash off in the process of cleaning cloth diapers. But if any pesky stains remain, try hanging the covers in a sunny patch and watch the magic of UV finish the job
Do your products contain any artificial fragrances?
Nope! Our Tender Tails Diaper Cream and our Bunny Butter only contain high quality essential oils that specifically benefit the skin, and they smell great too!
How long do your products last?
All of our products are shelf stable up to 12 months. A 4 oz jar or Tender Tails should last for around 3 months, and the Bunny Butter should last 1-2 months depending on how much you use and how often. In our experience, you will run out of product long before it's shelf life is up!
How long do orders take to ship?
Most orders hop out within 3-5 business days after processing! After that, shipping times will vary
My products arrive, but they melted! Help!
Oh, fluff! We hate when this happens, sadly the trucks that ship our products aren't temperature regulated so sometimes our products melt. But there’s no need to get your tail in a twist! For Tender Tails, give it a good stir and pop it in the fridge until set but not hard. For our Bunny Butter, grab a hand mixer and whip for about five minutes and then put it in the fridge until it's also set but not hard.
